What we collect
- Booking & enquiry details — name, email, phone, dates, number of guests and any message you send us.
- Orders — items, delivery address and order history (payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).
- Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
- Usage data — pages visited and device/browser information, collected via analytics (only with your consent).
How we use it
To confirm and manage your stay, fulfil orders, respond to enquiries, send you the newsletter you asked for, and improve the site. We rely on your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests as legal bases.
Who we share it with
Only with the providers that make the service work — our booking system (Lodgify), commerce and payments, email delivery, hosting and analytics — and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
