By accessing Taww'Ami you agree to these terms. The content, design and brand are owned by Taww'Ami Hospitality & Lifestyle and may not be reproduced without permission.

Bookings & stays

A booking request is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only once we accept it and any required deposit or payment is settled. Rates, availability and the cancellation policy applicable to your stay are those shown at the time of confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the rate and dates booked and will be communicated at confirmation. Please contact us at hello@tawwami.com for any change.

Boutique orders

Prices and availability for Atelier products are shown at checkout and may change. Orders are subject to acceptance. Shipping, returns and any duties are described at checkout or on request.

Concierge & third parties

Some experiences and services are provided by trusted partners. While we curate them with care, third-party services are subject to their own terms, and we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Taww'Ami is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, and the courts of Marrakech have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
