Kalâat Rose Water
Distilled from the first roses of the Dadès Valley.

Each spring, for a few short weeks, the Dadès Valley turns pink. The roses are picked before dawn, while the oil is still held in the petal, and distilled the same morning in copper stills.
The result is a rose water of rare softness — a tonic, a mist, a memory of the valley in May.
